Satisfaction Policy:
I strive to offer my guests the highest level of guest satisfaction. If you're struggling with your cut, color, or hair in general please let me know by contacting me via email at karen@krhairstylist.com within 7 days of your visit. I'm happy to correct the issue at no additional charge.
Retail Policy:
You may exchange any opened or unopened retail product within 14 days of purchase. I will suggest an alternative product to meet your needs and the value of the product you are returning will be applied towards the new product. There is no cash or credit back for returned retail products and the amount can't be used as a service credit.
Cancellation Policy:
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment please do so with a minimum of 48 hours notice. If I you do not cancel your appointment within the requested time frame, a rescheduling fee of $25 for each service missed will be added to your profile and must be paid before you can schedule another appointment. (For example, if you were booked for a cut and color service, the cancellation penalty would be $50.) If you cancel due to falling ill or Covid-19 you will not be charged but will need to wait till you are symptom free for 5 days before rescheduling.
Late Policy:
In respect of my guest's time and to remain on schedule, I only allow a 10 minute grace period for all scheduled appointment times. Should you arrive 10 or more minutes late, we may need to modify the services to be performed. If this is not possible, we will need to reschedule your appointment and a $25 rescheduling fee per service (as per the cancellation policy above will apply.) As a courtesy, you'll always receive an appointment reminder 24 hours in advance of your reservation.
*No children allowed in suite unless they have appointment due to hot tools, chemicals and space restraints.
