Your journey to the hair that you love starts now!!

When booking you will be prompted to fill out my new guest intake form, this helps me get to know your needs a little better and go over my policies in detail. Please upload a current picture of your hair (outside lighting is best) and a inspiration picture of what you are looking to achieve with your hair at the bottom of the form. When I review the form and are sure we are a good fit you will receive an acceptance email or text within 48 hours.
You will also receive a confirmation email 72 hours before your appointment with an option to confirm or reschedule appointment. If you need to change or cancel your appointment, please do so at least 48 hours in advance to accommodate other clients on wait list. Failure to do so will result in a $25 per service fee that will then be applied before making any future appointments. If you cancel due to falling ill or Covid-19 you will not be charged but will need to wait till you are symptom free before rescheduling.

Before the door 

You'll receive a text the day of your appointment with instructions of what to do when you get here. You'll be able to choose your drink, music, and essential oil of choice before walking into the salon.

 I'll kindly introduce you to the space to make you feel comfortable, and walk you back to my suite to begin your service.  

The Diagnosis 

We'll have a thorough conversation about your hair to make sure we're both confident on how we should proceed with your service. You will feel listened to, excited, and taken care of as we explore solutions and plans to create your perfect color or style. 

The Works

 I'll proceed with your color application or hair cut at this time. We'll keep you entertained - either with the TV, music, wifi, or fun conversation.  It's completely up to you!   

The KRHairstylist Experience

 Every service package includes an essential oil-infused warm towel neck wrap and relaxing scalp massage treatment. I'll stay silent so you can close your eyes and enjoy your "me time."

 I take great pride in the fact that I go above and beyond to make sure you feel empowered to love your hair not just when you leave the salon, but every day. I do this by intentionally educating you on how to maintain, and style your hair at home in a way that fits your lifestyle. We accomplish this with the knowledge of proper product application. I recommend coming in with your everyday makeup on to help you feel your best after your service.  We'll make a plan for when and what your next appointment will be, get you checked out, and send you off to go turn heads with your beautiful new cut or color.  

After leaving your first appointment with me, you'll have the tools and feel educated and confident in taking care of your hair at home. I will also be an available resource for you for more specific questions/support.
